Whether your focus is on environmental sustainability, community development, education, healthcare, or any other social issue, we want to hear from you.

Submission Process:
Participants are required to submit a detailed business proposal that clearly outlines the problem they're trying to solve, the potential social impact, market potential, and their innovative solution. its potential social impact, and the creative approach they plan to use. Evaluation Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on creativity, feasibility, potential social impact, and scalability.
Reward:
Top 5 proposals will get the opportunity to pitch to a panel of judges at SLDF and 1 Winner will get one-on-on mentoring to grow & develop idea Awards will be given out at SLDF

Eligibility Criteria
Participants must:
1. Be a Resident: Applicants must be residents of Sri Lanka.
2. Be from the Creative Industries: Open to individuals and teams within the creative industries, including but not limited to design, arts, fashion, media, architecture, and technology.
3. Demonstrate Social Impact: Proposals must clearly outline the social issue being addressed and the potential impact of the proposed solution.
4. Show Creativity and Innovation: Entries should demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to solving social challenges.
5. Be Feasible and Scalable: Projects should be practical, with a clear plan for implementation and the potential for scalability.
6. Have a Sustainability Plan: Proposals should include a plan for the long-term sustainability
of the project.
Competition Rules & Regulations
- The competition will run from 01 st October 2024 to 8th November 2024.
- Submission deadline: 17th October 2024
- Only the 5 short listers will be communicated with.
- A mentoring session will be provided to the 5 short listers prior to the final presentation on the 8th November at Cinnamon Life, Colombo 02, Sri Lanka. Times and locations to be confirmed.
- Judges selections will be final.
